The schedules on the calendar are dynamic (they could change due to unforeseen circumstances).  We try to not have to change any schedules last minute but sometimes it is out of our hands.   So Please Check For Updates. If there is a last-minute change we will email or post on social media.

EL = Elementary school gym (in the back - Park in the back, pick up and drop off your kids by the back fenced-in basketball hoops)
MS = Middle school gym (the one in the entrance area)
HS = High school gym (next to MS gym- come in the same doors)

• Endeavor Charter School (ECS) 4879 1 World Way, Wake Forest, NC 27587 (4 miles from NRCA) 
• East Millbrook MS (EM)- 3801 Spring Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 2761  The gym entrance is at the back.
• Neuse Christian Academy (NCA)- 7600 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615

Pick-up and drop-off:

1. To ensure the safety of your children, please make sure to pick them up on time.
2. For younger players, kindly drop off and pick up at the gym entrances. Thank you.
3. After the scheduled practice is completed, Raleigh Volleyball Club cannot be held responsible for players. In cases where the coach is required to stay due to delayed pick-up, a fee of $20 per 10 minutes will be added to your parent's account. Thank you for your understanding.

Inclement Weather / Other Policy:

• Raleigh Volleyball Club(RVC) does not reschedule tournaments or cancel matches due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, power outages, or COVID-19. We will assess conditions before deciding on facility closure, giving priority to safety.
• In non-emergency situations, a decision will be made at least two hours before the scheduled event, or earlier if conditions necessitate.

Please note that practices are closed to parents to maintain a focused environment and for insurance reasons. Apologies, but there isn't enough space in our gyms to accommodate parents. Thank you for your understanding.

To add the SportsEngine app to your mobile phone account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the app store on your mobile device (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS).

2. In the search bar, type "SportsEngine" and press Enter.

3. Locate the SportsEngine app in the search results and tap on it.

4. Tap the "Install" button (for Android) or the "Get" button (for iOS) to download and install the app on your mobile device.

5. Once the installation is complete, open the SportsEngine app.

6. If you already have a SportsEngine account, you can log in with your existing credentials. If not, you can create a new understanding within the app.

7. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your profile and customize your account settings.
