No Refund Policy - Cancellation Insurance Recommendation

In light of the substantial financial commitments associated with gym rentals, coaching personnel, administrative operations, equipment procurement, and other requisite expenses, all fees and payments remitted to our youth sports program are irrevocably non-refundable. This policy is essential to maintaining the operational integrity, quality, and sustainability of our programs.

Cancellation Insurance Recommendation:

We strongly advise that parents secure cancellation insurance to mitigate any potential financial losses arising from unforeseen circumstances necessitating withdrawal from the program. Such insurance can provide essential financial protection and reimbursement. Information regarding recommended insurance providers can be obtained from our administrative office.

Policy Acknowledgment:
