1. Stay-and-Play Tournaments:
   Families must stay in the designated hotel block assigned to their team. Failure to do so may result in team disqualification. Raleigh Volleyball Club is not responsible for cancellations or penalties. Tournament fees are non-refundable. Families may reserve multiple rooms as needed.
2. Non-Stay-and-Play Tournaments:
   Families may book accommodations at any hotel of their choice. Raleigh Volleyball Club will provide a designated hotel block as a convenience option for those who wish to stay together. Families may reserve multiple rooms as needed.

• Locations: Typically posted 1-2 weeks before the tournament date.
• Start Time: Junior tournaments begin promptly at 9:00 AM unless otherwise notified (rare).
• Coaches Meeting: Held at 8:30 AM. All teams must have a representative present; failure to attend or notify in advance may result in forfeiting the first set.
• Player Arrival: Players should be at the gym by 8:15 AM.
• End Time: Most tournaments finish around 3:00 PM, but teams advancing to playoffs or finals may play later.

Stay-and-Play Policy

All players and families must book within the team’s assigned hotel block. This is a tournament requirement for participation.

• Reservation compliance: Cancellations, changes, or stays outside the block may affect team eligibility.
• No outside bookings: If you book outside the block, you will still be charged by Raleigh Volleyball Club for your portion of the team block.
• Family responsibility: Each family manages its own reservation, changes, and any penalties.
