Raleigh Volleyball Club – 2025 Beach Volleyball Season

Limited to 40 Players

• Season Dates: April 17 – June 15, 2025

• Practice Schedule: Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Approx. 10–12 sessions)

Important Details:

• Players must wear a Raleigh Volleyball t-shirt.

• Beach volleyball is played in doubles—find a partner!

• A partner is required to participate.

Non-Refundable Policy: All funds, payments, and distributions made to Raleigh Volleyball are non-refundable.

Insurance: Raleigh Volleyball Club covers the processing fee. We encourage you to purchase insurance through Sportsengine at checkout.

USAV MEMBERSHIP is REQUIRED: Participation in Carolina Region/USAV-sanctioned events necessitates all participants to be USA Volleyball members (for insurance reasons). Non-USAV members will need to join for $22 before we can register you for a tournament.

*Please note that beach fees do not cover the cost of t-shirts and tank tops.

The fees encompass facility rentals, coaching expenses, coaches' travel costs, administrative fees, and equipment. However, the mentioned fees do not account for accommodations like hotel stays, travel, airfare, etc. These additional costs are the responsibility of parents or guardians.

Parents/guardians are accountable for ensuring timely payments. Failure to meet payment deadlines or maintain a past-due balance could result in the player's exclusion from practices and tournaments until their account is settled.

• A late fee of $25 will be applied to the player's account for overdue payments.
• Returned checks/credit cards will incur bank fees plus an additional $25 charge.

All players are required to have a USAV membership. Some teams may necessitate AAU membership, which is the responsibility of the player.

• Indoor practices are conducted without parents in attendance. This practice is aimed at creating a focused environment with minimal distractions, and it also serves insurance-related purposes.

• Regarding weather conditions: We closely monitor the weather and will provide updates about Beach Volleyball practices 2 hours prior to the session. You will receive an email with updates, and it's advised to check the calendar for any schedule changes.
